If you’re dealing with limited hip mobility and tight hips, this stretching class is for you. We do internal and external rotation of the hips, get into the hip flexors and quads, hamstrings and inner thoughts along with a little twisting at the top for spinal mobility too. As always, move with your breath in a pain-free range.

In this short shoulders and arms class, we do should press, front and lateral arm raises, hammer curls for biceps and triceps press for the triceps. We do 4 sets of 10 (with the front and lateral raises counting as two). We don’t build rest into this - so if you want to add some rest, just pause the vid and rest for 45-90 sec depending on what you need. Hope you enjoy.
